Call for submissions: A River & Sound Review

A River & Sound Review, an online journal associated with the Rainier Writing Workshop, is accepting submissions in poetry (especially poetry), fiction, nonfiction, and humor for our seventh issue. Want to see what we publish? Feel free to check out our new issue going live mid-May. As you can see, our only criterion is excellence coupled with a distinct anti-suck quality. We will be accepting work until May 31st. We know it's short notice, but we figure if you are like us you'll just submit at the last minute anyway.

We've published authors such as David Huddle, Peggy Shumaker, Brian Doyle, and Derek Mong, to name a few. We are one of the rare paying markets and not only that, we've been named best online journal three years running by my mom so that must mean we're doing something right. She also says you guys should eat more and get some sleep, you look tired.

For more submission details, please visit us at http://riverandsoundreview.org/Submissions/Submit.htm

We look forward to reading your work.

As sincerely as we can get,
A River & Sound Review, http://www.riverandsoundreview.org/
